Shipping policy

Shipping is done during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your order during business hours (GMT+1), it will be shipped the next day. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email once the order has left ANDREW & COLE's warehouses.

SWITZERLAND: Orders within Switzerland are shipped by Swiss Post and usually take 2-3 business days to arrive.

EUROPE: Orders within the EU are shipped by DPD and usually take 2-5 business days, depending on the destination country.

NORTH AMERICA & Caribbean: Orders within the USA are shipped by USPS or UPS and usually take 2-5 business days. Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped via UPS. Orders to the Caribbean are shipped via UPS and take 4-8 business days, depending on the destination.

OCEANIA: Orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped via UPS and require 4-8 business days.

AFRICA: Orders to South Africa are shipped via UPS and require 4-8 business days.

ASIA: Orders to Asia are shipped via UPS and require 4-8 business days, depending on the destination.

SOUTH AMERICA: Orders to South America are shipped via UPS and require 4-8 business days, depending on the destination.

Import tax and customs duties:


Switzerland: For all orders with a delivery address in Switzerland, customs duties and taxes are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


EU: For all orders with a delivery address in the EU, customs duties and taxes are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


International: For all orders with an international destination and delivery outside Europe and Switzerland, customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
