SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All of ANDREW & COLE products can be ordered worldwide and we try to ship your order to you as soon as possible, no matter where you are. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, with all orders received before 1pm will be shipped out the same day, the order processing time is 1-3 days.

Switzerland: For all orders with a delivery address in Switzerland, customs duties and taxes are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International: For all orders with an international destination and delivery outside Europe and Switzerland, customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations:
Please be advised that once an order has been place we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE & REFUND
CHANGE YOUR MIND? NOT THE RIGHT SIZE OR STYLE? NO PROBLEM!
Returns or exchange just got a whole lot easier thanks to our new online return portal. Go to our Return Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions over the portal.
For all orders that need to be exchanged into another size or item, exchange customer will receive from us a pre-paid return label. For all orders that which the costumer want to proceed with a Refund the return cost are the customer's sole responsibility.
The return window is 14 days. This means you have 7 days, time to request you exchange or return in our Return Portal. If you miss this date, we have to friendly inform you that no exceptions will be made! Please note that your return must arrive in our warehouse in the next 7 days.
Please make sure before you proceed with your return that the return follows our return policy as below:
- The item has to be unworn
- The item has not been washed
- The hangtag is still attached on the item
- Place the item in the polybag (plastic bag)
- Make sure after processing your return over our Return Portal that you place your return confirmation from us in the package
If the Poly bag is not sent back with any item of your order, a fee of EUR 5.00 / CHF 5.00 / GBP 5.00 each bag will be deducted from your refund.
If your return miss one of the above points, we unfortunately can not accept your return and we will unfortunately need to send it back to you, as it does not comply with our return policy. No further returns can be made or accepted from incorrectly returned goods. No exceptions will be made!
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
Exchanges
We try to always give you the best possible information about our products on our website and you can always contact our customer service team at contact@andrewandcole.com or use our live chat in our website to clear up any questions regarding sizing, colors or any other questions you may have. Nonetheless if something should not fit you as expected you can of course exchange it within 14 days from the purchase. Please not that your exchange has to comply our return policy.
Please make sure before you proceed with your exchange that the exchange follows our return policy as mentioned above.
Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned for refund.
NOTE: The exchange of a part of the order is free of charge. The return of the entire order will be charged EUR 10.00 / CHF 10.00 / GBP 10.00 or 10% of the order value as a handling fee and deducted from your refund.
SALES & SALE OUT:
This is important:
We do not accept returns for SALE-ITEMS or items that are sold at a reduced price. The items offered and purchased with a promotion and discount code of more than 25% are only valid for a size exchange.
Please note that during special sales events, such as Spring Break, Easter Special, Summer Sales, Summer Special, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas Sales, etc., these items will be sold at a reduced price. As this item was ordered at a reduced price with a promotion & discount code. These items can only be exchanged for a different size or style.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions will be made!
REFUNDS:
Once your return has been accepted from us and reached our warehouse. If you choose a refund, we will proceed with the refund within 2 working days. Please note that it might take another 10 days until the financial institute refunded the amount on the credit card you place the order with.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable for multiple shipments and will be deducted from your refund amount.

The reason for the return must be mentioned, otherwise we are obliged to send your return back to you and it can no longer be returned. If you return your order without processing it through our returns portal, we will unfortunately have to charge an additional fee of CHF / EUR / GBP / USD 30.00 or 10% of the order value as a handling fee and for the additional expenses, which will be deducted from your refund.
Gift Card:
Returns and refunds of gift cards are not accepted by Andrew Cole GmbH.
